Meet the Person #

Zhang Fei's biography records his rear-guard action for Liu Bei at Changban and later entry into Yi Province with Zhuge Liang and others, taking commanderies and counties along the way. He defeated Zhang He in Baxi, and became General of the Right after Liu Bei became King of Hanzhong.

In Zhangwu 1 he was promoted to General of Chariots and Cavalry and other offices. While preparing to join the campaign against Wu, he was killed by his subordinates. This site retains the historical main text's 益德 and does not automatically replace it with the character form commonly used in the novel.
